HarleyXWest Terms of Service and Legal Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Platform in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
